Job Description: The Account Executive is an entrepreneurial, tech-savvy role that can create and drive strategywith new prospectsallawhile helping them develop a shipping strategy that resultsinshipping cost savings and billing process efficiency.TheAccount Executive must have an understanding of the parcel shipping space aswell asbe tech-savvy to be able to understand technical concepts around our product and our customer’sintegrationrequirements. The Account Executive is the firstinteraction a client will have, and as a result needs to be professional, educational, and can understand the client's business. The Account Executive needs to h ave passion and empathy to understand your customers and deliver to their needs. Demonstrate leadership qualities that showthe abilityto be assertive, be a problem solver, be a builder, and improve people & processes around you. Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and relationship skills that support calm, clear, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing Conduct product demonstrations and present solutions tailored to customer needs Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities to consistently meet or exceed quota Maintainaccurateforecasting and deal tracking withinthe CRM Collaborate with Onboarding and AccountManagementtodrive revenue growth Build strong relationships with key decision makers withintarget accounts Provide feedback from prospects and customers to improve product and go-to-market strategy Qualifications: 1-3+ years of experience is B2B sales, preferablyinShipping or eCommerce segment Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals Experience managing the full sales cycle (discovery – PLD Analysis – Close) Experience selling software or technology solutions Understandingof sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN,etc) Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Experience with CRM andabilitytomaintainpipeline forecasting (Salesforce) Ability to workina fast-paced startup environment Highly Organized and results driven What We Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and strong earning potential Opportunity to joina fast-growinglogisticstechnology company Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid options available) Healthand dentalinsurance Unlimited Paid time off and company holidays Access to modern sales tools and technology Career growth opportunities as the company scales Bukushipis an equal opportunity employer.
