
Client Experience Account Coordinator

As a Client Experience Account Coordinator you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining direct relationships with school picture day contacts and school administrators. This includes onboarding new clients, reviewing picture day details, promptly addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring elite portfolio retention. Reporting to the Head of Client Experience, you'll contribute to overall client resolution and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard New Clients: Provide an official Geskus warm welcome, gather contact information, select dates, and send agreement details via email.
CRM Management: Gather details within the CRM (HubSpot) and create detailed tickets for upcoming picture days and events.
Pre-Picture Day Coordination: Review and confirm picture day details including date, time, and location. Assist with organizing schedules and discussing marketing materials.
Post-Picture Day Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups to discuss the picture day experience and resolve any post-delivery needs.
Production Coordination: Create tasks for production to manage additional prints and corrections.
Client Support: Promptly address all incoming questions from schools via phone and email to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Drive Account Retention: Strive to improve the overall Geskus experience and ensure high portfolio retention.
