About the Role
C&C Boiler Sales & Service is a regional representative for Cleaver-Brooks, the leading commercial and industrial boiler manufacturer in North America. We serve contractors, mechanical engineers, and facility owners across our territory with equipment sales, engineering support, and service. What You'll Do
Maintain opportunity and job records in our CRM (STEAM) — keeping status, notes, and follow-up dates current Manage the team’s task pipeline in Microsoft Planner — moving opportunities through stages and syncing updates to STEAM Prepare and send document transmittals to customers using the C&C letterhead template File submittals, proposals, documents, and equipment diagrams in the correct SharePoint folder structure Download equipment diagrams from our manufacturer portal and upload them to SharePoint upon shipment Independently quote rental boilers, exhaust stacks, and Cosmogas buy/resell equipment using rate sheets and price books Coordinate scheduling for site visits, meetings, and customer calls on behalf of the SE team Support the SE team with administrative customer communication — transmittals, confirmations, and follow-up reminders Requirements
Who We're Looking For
You don't need a background in boilers or HVAC to succeed in this role — we will train you on the technical side. What we need is someone who is organized, process-driven, and wants to grow into a technical sales career. Required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to keeping records accurate and current Comfortable working in Microsoft 365 — Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Planner Clear and professional written communication Ability to manage multiple open tasks simultaneously without things falling through the cracks Eagerness to learn technical product and process knowledge Preferred (not Required)
Experience in a construction, mechanical, or technical sales environment Familiarity with CRM tools or project tracking software Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business, engineering technology, or a related field Job Benefits
