Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Sales Representative based in Harmans, MD. The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting product solutions, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with customers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of the company’s surfacing systems, providing product training to potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. A focus on collaboration with the team and meeting sales targets will be key for success in this role.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members

Proven Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships

Proficiency in Training clients on product solutions and applications

Demonstrable success in Sales with the ability to meet or exceed revenue goals

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work on-site in Harmans, MD

Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
