Hey! We’re looking for someone friendly, organized, and motivated to join our team at Signarama.
As an Inside Sales Support team member, you’ll be helping customers bring their signage ideas to life. You’ll be the first person they talk to—whether in person or on the phone—so being great with people is key!
If you like working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, creative environment, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:
Helping customers in-store and over the phone
Giving recommendations and putting together estimates
Processing orders and handling payments
Supporting marketing efforts and helping bring in new business
Helping with day-to-day shop tasks and keeping things running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
Good with computers (Microsoft Office, POS systems, etc.)
Strong communication skills (clear, friendly, and professional)
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable talking to customers and following up
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs
Nice to have (but not required): If you have design experience, that’s a big plus—but if not, no worries at all. We’ll train you and show you everything you need to know.
