As an

Account Coordinator , you will be responsible for growing and sustaining our business primarily through handling the operational aspects of client payables. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team that prides itself on delivering top-tier service and building real relationships with our clients.

Day-to-day activities will revolve around invoice processing, troubleshooting client issues, and working closely with a team to complete daily tasks. You will also take an active role in client outreach. Through outbound phone calls, you’ll connect directly with clients to check in, answer questions, and talk through the products and services that can help their business thrive. Responsibilities

Be a knowledgeable resource forclient questionsregardingtheir account, billing inquires, and general factoringinformation

Assist team with auditing client invoices in a timely and efficient manner.

Proactively make outbound calls to clients to enforce strong relationships, help problem solve and inform them on service offerings

Using independent judgement and discretion, assist the team in trouble shooting client issues with paperwork.

Responsible for fielding client calls and deescalating client issues through the highest levels of customer service.

Assess andaideclients on invoiceissuesthat need additional paperwork orclarification

Communicatewithin the team about operations activitiesin order to meet dailydeadlines

Maintain financial security by following internalcontrols

What We Look For

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

Focus on Client experience

Proficiency in MS Excel and related computer knowledge

Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Coachability to learn a dynamic growingindustry

Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizingabilities
