Job Summary As a PGRE Intern - Analyst at Hitachi, Ltd., you will support the Corporate Real Estate team by assisting with data analysis, reporting, and operational tasks related to our global property portfolio. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in real estate portfolio management within a leading multinational technology company.

Job Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze real estate data from various internal and external sources.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on real estate performance, trends, and opportunities.

Support the development and maintenance of real estate databases and information systems.

Conduct research on market conditions, property values, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with team members on ongoing real estate projects and initiatives.

Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the PGRE department.

Contribute to the identification of cost‑saving opportunities and efficiency improvements within the real estate portfolio.

Job Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Familiarity with real‑estate concepts and terminology is a plus.

Proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint).
