Funding Assistant – Indirect Lending
Pay:
$21-22/hour

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming Outlook email flow and work heavily in Excel to organize and track loan documentation.
Communicate regularly with internal funding and underwriting teams to keep loan files moving efficiently.
Review, verify, and audit loan documents (income verification, financial assignments, application accuracy, etc.) to ensure accuracy and mitigate fraud risk.
Transfer all supporting documentation—insurance verification, purchase orders, applications, disclosures, and more—into the Loan Application System with precision.
