Real Estate Paralegal

Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching for a Direct Hire, Paralegal. Primary job focus includes all aspects of residential real estate conveyancing. Experience in residential transactions/conveyancing is required. Candidate must be familiar with conveyancing software, E-Closing experience is a plus, HUD, CD preparation and title review. Candidate must be highly organized, attention to detail, a self-starter and have excellent inter-personal skills, combined with a good understanding of Massachusetts real estate and conveyancing concepts. Responsibilities and Duties

CD/HUD preparation Title review Coordination of closings Perform all requirements to process a file from open to close Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Qualifications and Skills

Candidate must be highly organized, have attention to detail, be a self-starter and have excellent inter-personal skills, combined with a good understanding of Massachusetts real estate and conveyancing concepts. Candidate must be familiar with conveyancing software, E-Closing experience is a plus, HUD, CD preparation and title review. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe.
