About the Role TruePoint Construction is looking for experienced or highly motivated sales reps to run company-provided leads, inspect roofs, and close deals for residential roofing and insurance restoration projects.

Responsibilities
Run company-provided leads (primary focus)
Perform roof inspections for storm damage (wind/hail)
Meet with homeowners and explain roofing solutions
Requirements
Strong communication and closing skills
Sales experience preferred (roofing or related is a plus)
Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred)
Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
