Sales Operations Specialist Join a technology leader: Now hiring an in‑office, skilled Sales Operations Specialist for our Minneapolis Headquarters!
Job Responsibilities
Creating and revising quotes for sales executives
Setting up renewal opportunities and quotes in Salesforce
Working closely with our preferred vendors and internal departments
Processing closed won opportunities in Salesforce and ERP
Closing out lost opportunities in Salesforce
CRM maintenance and upkeep as needed
Assisting sales team with RFP/RFQ submissions
Running reports in ERP and CRM
Administrative support for sales team
Special projects as assigned
Required Skills
Detail oriented, with proven organizational and logical thinking skills
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks with a calm, positive attitude and adapt to a growing company through process changes and updates
Preferred Skills
Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience working with software programs such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics GP
Sales administration experience
Previous experience in this industry is not required; we’re here to help you succeed!
