Must have OASIS Assessment Experience.
Requirements
Active Florida State RN License.
3+ years of RN experience; Homecare experience a huge plus.
OASIS Assessment experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge and understanding of Home Care policies and procedures.
