Qualifications/Requirements
Previous experience working with personal lines coverages in an agency or brokerage setting.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Ability to negotiate with carrier underwriters to secure competitive rates.
Experience handling new and renewal submissions.
Proven ability to quote, bind, and issue policies accurately.
Skilled in working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated customer service and sales abilities.
Ability to self‑direct and manage competing priorities effectively.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
