Position Details:
Job Title: Dialer (W2 Employee)
Hourly Wage: $21.00 per hour
Bonuses: $20 per transfer to $40 dollar
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential clients who need tax relief services.
Engaging clients and gathering information for tax relief consultations.
Following up on leads and maintaining records of all client interactions.
Meeting performance goals and targets established by the company.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Along with $20.00 per transfer, and $40.00 per transfer from older leads
Employee Status: W2 position.
