What About You? Animal Kindness Veterinary Hospital is looking for an outgoing and friendly receptionist with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, independent, computer savvy, possesses excellent typing skills, provides great customer service, detail oriented, able to multi-task and reliable. Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner
Manage multi-phone lines efficiently
Organize and schedule appointments/walk‑ins as needed
Process client cash, credit card & other payment transactions
Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
Proven experience as an outstanding Veterinary Receptionist
Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
Time‑management and organizational skills
Handle stress and pressure with poise and tact
Handle high volume of clients
Excellent multi‑tasking skills
Ability to be confident around pets
Previous experience with cornerstone desired
You MUST be able to work weekends, non‑major holidays and have a flexible schedule.
