Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems.

Key Responsibilities

Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database

Update and maintain records and files

Verify data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information

Ensure data integrity and accuracy

Communicate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues

Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors

Maintain confidentiality and security of all data

Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience in data entry or related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Real estate experience is a plus
