Currently seeking Member Service Representatives to join the team at a major health plan company in Salem, OR!

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5pm - During Open Enrollment shift can be between 8am-8pm and include weekends if you want OT
6-Month Contract to Hire - Long-Term Opportunity!
Hybrid Opportunity Once hired as a FTE
Expected Start Date - TBD - Sometime in March or early April
Job Description
Provide excellent customer service to all Medicare Advantage members.
Assist with coverage and claims related questions.
Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products.
Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution.
Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner.
Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned.
Advocate for the customer: explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understood.
Skills & Qualifications
1 + years of customer service experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Independence, OR.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
