Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Sioux Falls, SD. The Property Manager will oversee daily property operations, manage tenant relations, ensure lease compliance, and maximize occupancy rates. Responsibilities include maintaining property budgets, coordinating repairs and maintenance, handling vendor relationships, and fostering a positive community environment for residents. The role also involves preparing financial reports and adhering to organizational and legal property management standards.
Qualifications
Property management expertise, including knowledge of lease agreements, tenant relations, and property operations
Strong financial acumen with skills in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management
Organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, managing contracts, and coordinating with vendors
Customer service and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive resident experience and address resident needs effectively
Familiarity with property management software and tools is preferred
Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities in daily operations
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is an asset but not mandatory
Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or equivalent are a plus
Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management is highly desirable
