Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Location:

Memphis, TN

Pay Range: 13:00 per hour

Shift:

Day‑shift start times range from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., with end times between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., depending on start time.

Evening shift start times vary—3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., or 4:30 p.m. and run until 1:00 a.m. Candidates must be willing to be flexible with both start and end times for day or evening shift.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Document customer interactions and update account information as needed.

Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and high standards.
