Job Overview
Customer service representative • Clovis, CA The customer service representative will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem. Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems. Provide excellent customer care and focus; assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience. Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies. Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals. Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes. Upsell products and services when appropriate. Schedule call-backs and appointments to resolve customer needs. Listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry. Qualifications
Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication skills over the phone and other platforms. Basic computer skills and experience Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong listening and active‑relay abilities. Must reside in California. Benefits
