Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Counter Representative located in Western North Carolina. We are building a new facility that will open in Fletcher, NC in the later summer. We are currently located in Candler, NC. The Parts Counter Representative will assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their parts requirements, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory control, maintaining accurate records, handling shipping and receiving tasks, and supporting parts sales efforts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving tasks, including inventory organization and tracking.
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Experience with Inventory Control, ensuring accurate stock levels and organized storage systems.
Sales skills to assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations based on their needs.
Ability to learn and use technology relevant to inventory and sales systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with truck and trailer parts is preferred but not required.
