This role ensures that leads are routed, scheduled, documented and reconciled accurately. The position drives speed-to-lead, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound lead calls
Route leads to appropriate reps within defined SLA
Ensure accurate customer information collection
Create and maintain customer records
Transfer Customer to ISR Team, OSR Team, or office
Schedule Quotables (Field Leads)
Required Skills
Strong CRM experience (FieldRoutes, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
Strong communication and coordination skills
Self-motivated and results driven
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years in sales support, sales operations, or inside sales
Experience in pest control or home services
Familiarity with lead management platforms and call tracking systems
Able to work Remote
