Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager to support our property management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands‑on fieldwork and office administration, and who thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Property Manager and Office Manager with day‑to‑day operations
Conduct property inspections and document findings accurately
Maintain organization of the office and key management systems
Support property showings and interact professionally with prospective tenants
Enter inspection reports and work order details into company software systems
Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, “how can I help?” mindset with a willingness to take initiative
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with a sense of urgency
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of office administration practices
Familiarity with residential property maintenance is a plus
