
Asset Management Intern

General Summary
We are currently seeking a summer Intern for the Asset Management Department. In this role, the candidate will gain experience and education in multiple areas of Residential Operations including building design, development, apartment renovations, leasing/sales and marketing, and performance management through the study and analysis of various performance metrics.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
Work closely with various members of the leasing and asset management teams
Tour and inspect residential buildings and apartments for quality control of apartment prep
Research competitive properties to help support pricing decisions, marketing initiatives and design and development of future projects
Data collection and high level analysis to help drive and improve performance results.
Participation in the creation of annual budgets across the entire portfolio
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or other related fields.
Experience working in a corporate office environment is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel is preferred.
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
