District Sales Manager Position The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, which starts in July and typically ends in November. The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and all related functions.
