As a Counter Sales Associate, you will assist customers by providing product information, processing transactions, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an organized sales counter, managing inventory, responding to customer inquiries, and providing product recommendations. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and support warehouse operations when needed. Qualifications Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assist customers effectively and courteously. Sales and Product Knowledge: Experience with sales processes and familiarity with HVAC equipment and supplies is preferred. Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain an orderly workspace and handle inventory management. Problem Solving: Adept at addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills for handling transactions and inventory software. Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals. Additional Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of HVAC industry will be considered an advantage.
