
Sales Account Representative (Mexico)

Position Title:
Sales Account Representative (Mexico)
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA & Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico
Travel: Travel to Mexico and within the U.S. required
Responsibilities
Represent Nongshim to Mexico-based customers and distributors with the goal of building strong partnerships, expanding distribution, and growing sales volume.
Create and process sales orders, shipping orders, work orders, and requisitions in the system.
Monitor Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and customers to resolve delivery issues and confirm successful receipt of goods.
Manage customer invoicing, shipment schedules, accounts receivable aging, and resolve invoice deductions to ensure timely payments.
Conduct sales calls and meetings with distributors, importers, and key customers in the Mexico market.
Support promotions, marketing initiatives, and in-market activities to drive brand visibility and sales growth.
Secure purchase orders from existing customers and actively pursue new distribution and business opportunities.
Collect and report market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor activities, pricing, and regulatory considerations.
Research market trends and potential partners to support Mexico market expansion.
Provide general office and sales operations support as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Spanish and English proficiency required
3-5 year of sales or international business experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Valid Driver’s License
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
