Job Summary
The Sales Specialist with The Restaurant Store is responsible for assisting the Sales Manager with various aspects of developing and maintaining an effective sales culture for a retail branch location. The Sales Specialist will achieve a variety of sales goals through effective day-to-day strategies that align with our merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams to ensure customers are satisfied with their TRS experience. Responsibilities
Support sales growth within location’s market and achieve metric goals as outlined by the company Contribute to the internal quote system and coordinate on-site visits for appropriate sales opportunities Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge and conduct product training as needed within the branch location Build and maintain a working understanding of DiSC profiling to match customer needs with a sales team member Communicate with Field Marketing team to identify opportunities within the local market that support future growth Communicate with Branch / Assistant Branch Manager(s) to identify charitable organizations to support within the local market Support year-over-year membership growth at all levels within the local market Support the growth and utilization of TRS order fulfillment methods to best support customer needs Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store
