Carrier Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
Source and procure qualified carriers
Negotiate rates and secure capacity while maintaining profit margins
Sell freight to carrier partners and book shipments
Enter and manage load details within the TMS
Track shipments and provide real-time updates
Build and maintain strong carrier relationships
Handle dispatch responsibilities and support daily operations
Stay informed on market trends and industry changes
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Logistics or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
Strong communication skills (phone, email, video)
Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn TMS systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
