Role Description This is a full time Regional Sales Manager role responsible for driving growth across Northern California. The Regional Sales Manager will lead territory development by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare practitioners, and expanding the adoption of Vibrant Wellness testing and solutions.
You will represent Vibrant Wellness in one of the most dynamic longevity and integrative medicine markets in the country. Success in this role requires credibility, strategic thinking, and the ability to build lasting relationships with sophisticated providers.
You will operate with autonomy, speed, and accountability while working in close partnership with a regional Client Account Manager to support and grow the territory.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth across Northern California
Identify and engage with high potential healthcare providers, primarily within integrative, functional, and proactive health practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinic owners, and healthcare practitioners
Deliver professional product presentations and educational discussions on Vibrant Wellness testing, supplements, and solutions
Partner closely with the regional Client Account Manager to support existing accounts, expand utilization, and deliver a high level client experience
Coordinate territory strategy, account planning, and growth initiatives with the Client Account Manager
Represent Vibrant Wellness at industry events, educational programs, and provider gatherings across the region
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Work cross functionally with marketing, clinical support, and operations to support provider success
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client engagement within HubSpot CRM

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or business development
Demonstrated success building and growing a territory or client base
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with physicians, healthcare practices, or healthcare organizations preferred
Knowledge of integrative, functional, or longevity medicine is a plus
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Medical sales or diagnostic laboratory experience is an advantage
Candidates should be prepared to discuss documented sales performance and examples of territory growth
