Dual Sales Manager

Sigma Management LLC is a fast-growing hotel development and management company located in Nashville, TN. We specialize in the Southeast US market and have several new projects in the pipeline under Hilton, Marriott, and IHG brands. With a strong portfolio of existing hotels, we are leaders in their respective markets. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dual Sales Manager at Sigma Management LLC. The Dual Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue goals. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and providing excellent customer service. Marriott experince a must. This is for two hotels one at the Nashville Airport and one in Mount Juliet, TN. Qualifications Please do not apply unless you have hotel experience Lightspeed & Fossee experience preferred Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of hotel management systems Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
