$65K–$80K Base + Uncapped Commission | OTE $120K+

fast-growing financial services company
that works closely with
personal injury law firms
across the country. They are expanding their sales team and looking for a
relationship-driven Account Manager
to grow their presence in the
Seattle market .
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in
outside sales, networking, and relationship-building
and wants the ability to significantly grow their income through
uncapped commissions .
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain relationships with
personal injury attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff
Develop new referral partnerships with law firms in the Seattle territory
Attend
legal networking events, lunches, and industry meetings
Manage leads and relationships using CRM tools
Drive revenue growth and exceed territory sales targets
What They’re Looking For
✔ 2+ years of
outside or relationship-based sales experience
✔ Strong networking and business development skills
✔ Ability to work independently in a
results-driven environment
✔ High energy and comfort building relationships in social settings
Commission:
Uncapped (Typical first year $15K–$55K+)
$400/month car stipend
Phone stipend
