We are looking for positive, confident, hospitable and results-oriented team members who love to connect and take great pride in providing an outstanding guest experience.
We Offer Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

Gain marketable skills! We have 40 years of combined sales and marketing experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.

Employee recognition incentives, including use of our infrared sauna studio, following the employee guidelines Open door policy: an owner who knows your name and is always open to your needs Available Shifts We are currently seeking someone with ultimate flexibility in their schedule to start working as a back‑up to cover various shifts for our existing team. Hours may likely increase as the schedule permits. Current work time may include early mornings, evenings and weekends as we are open 7 days week from 7am‑9pm. Here’s what you’ll be doing Sell memberships with confidence in a commission‑based atmosphere Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high‑energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain clean facility and promptly turn over the sauna room when the guests exit, ensuring that it is clean and prepped for the next appointment Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area Support other duties and team members as assigned Qualifications A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional customer service Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and team members Results‑driven and motivated to meet or exceed sales targets Superior customer service skills to mediate all situations with a calm, helpful demeanor Consistent track record of being reliable and punctual Helpful team player with a no-job-is-too-small attitude Passionate about health and wellness Consistently show a positive attitude & take responsibility for your own actions Strong collaboration, organizational, and prioritization skills Weekend availability
