We Offer
Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold
While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.
All employees will receive hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy
Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.
Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support
Free to use our Infrared Saunas as much as you want - You get an Unlimited Membership!
We offer flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules
Established career track to be promoted to assistant studio manager with a pay increase

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
Administer studio tours for new guests
Answer all questions about services and the facilityMaintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
