Overview Mars United Commerce is seeking a Manager, Sales Enablement. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Marketing to support end‑to‑end sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth across Retail and Commerce Media networks. In this support role, you will work with a cross‑functional team to support all marketing needs of the Retail Media and Commerce Media network’s business.
Why do we need you? Sales Enablement is primarily responsible for managing successful sales efforts, client engagement and demand generation. Working with an understanding of strategic clients’ business, and ensuring campaign strategies and tactics deliver on the clients’ needs. The successful candidate will be comfortable bridging our Retail and Commerce media partners’ business needs to deliver a comprehensive solution strategy to brand clients. Solutions will span the media network offering included (but not limited to); retail media, commerce media, social media, loyalty programs, shopper marketing initiatives, research efforts, test‑and‑learn, etc.
What will you do? Drive demand for retailer and commerce media solutions through marketing efforts, sales enablement, and strategic collateral that grow advertiser investment.
Supporting sales with positioning, messaging and materials
Develop sales materials (PPTs, 1‑sheets, newsletters, etc.) to help drive new business and revenue
Develop data‑driven insights and solution recommendations, as well as translating data and market insights into advertiser solutions
Manage/support product development and product marketing
Manage/support and brand’s social media presence and strategy for demand generation
Manage and support industry demand generation activities for the retailer
Responsible for maintaining the day‑to‑day client relationship and communication on existing engagements
Become the subject matter expert (SME) for the Retailer/Commerce offerings
Coordinate and participate in strategic client business reviews
What we're looking for?
5+ years’ experience in a similar role with increasing responsibility
Experience in display advertising media planning, ad operations or sales is an asset
Knowledge of Omniture, Google Analytics, and Comscore analytics platforms is a plus
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Business writing and presentation development
Client‑facing client management and meeting planning experience
A positive attitude and strong initiative
Ability to build and analyze reports and make recommendations
Ability to work well with others
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability in managing multiple tasks

Compensation Range:
$75,050 - $107,835 annually. This is the pay range the company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
