How you’ll make an impact in this role
Serve as the primary point of contact for seniors and their families, providing personalized tours and compassionate support to help them transition into assisted living or senior housing.
Take ownership of the daily sales activity—including calls, tours, and follow-ups—to ensure the community stays full and meets its monthly move-in targets.
Connect with local doctors, hospital staff, and senior centers to create a reliable network of professionals who can refer their clients to our senior care community.
Lead Marketing & Local Outreach: Work with the community team to plan events and local marketing efforts that introduce our services to the neighborhood and increase our online and local visibility.
What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
