Responsibilities

Ensure sales goals are met and exceeded

Manage daily activity and training of sales staff

Ensure all sales associates engage with customers and deliver the signature

Ford experience

Coach and develop sales staff for continuous improvement

Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Collaborate with management on sales strategies and promotions

Maintain accurate sales reports and performance tracking

Qualifications

Previous Automotive Sales Management experience required

Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI

CDK Experience a Plus!

3+ years of Ford Sales Manager Experience

Strong communication and customer engagement skills

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
