HD Roofing & Repairs is growing, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as
Appointment Setters . This role is perfect for outgoing people who enjoy talking with homeowners and creating opportunities for our sales team.
This position offers
flexible hours, training provided, and uncapped earning potential .
What You’ll Do
Speak with homeowners in local storm damaged neighborhoods
Introduce HD Roofing & Repairs and our services
Set appointments for free roof inspections with our Closing Professionals
Provide friendly, professional communication with potential customers
Record basic customer information for scheduled inspections

What We’re Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and reliable
No roofing experience required— we provide paid training.
Compensation
25 hours a week minimum (5 hours per day between 1pm-6pm)
$150.00 per appointment set and confirmed by closer rep.
($750.00 per week
if
you set 5 appointments)
$250 per appointment set after a base quota of 5 per week. (pay $250 for the 6th> appointment)
$100.00 per day for one week training. ($500.00 Guaranteed)
(company truck will escort the setters to the designated area)
$3,000.00 per month
if
weekly quota is reached. (Bonus if you exceed your quota)
