Learn From an Experienced Real Estate Team This Summer Internship is ideal for students who are passionate about real estate and eager to gain hands‑on experience within a high‑performing Asset Management team. As an intern, you will be integrated into a group that actively manages a large, diverse real estate portfolio and is deeply committed to teaching, collaboration, and professional growth.
Throughout the summer, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful discussions, and gain practical exposure to the day‑to‑day responsibilities involved in managing real estate assets. This is an excellent opportunity to build knowledge, develop skills, and experience what a career in real estate asset management looks like.
What You’ll Be Involved In
Support the Asset Management team overseeing 7,500+ apartment units and 1.5M sq. ft. of industrial real estate
Participate in leasing calls, asset reviews, and team meetings
Assist with market research and analysis of property performance
Support financial analysis, Excel models, and portfolio reporting
Learn and work in real estate systems including Yardi, Entrata, HelloData, and REBA
Visit Denver-area apartment communities, industrial properties, and development projects
Contribute to projects that support active asset management initiatives
What You’ll Learn Over the course of the summer, you’ll gain:
A practical understanding of real estate asset management fundamentals
Exposure to both multifamily and industrial real estate
Experience reviewing operating results, budgets, and key performance metrics
Insight into how asset managers work with leasing, property management, and development teams
Ongoing guidance from professionals who enjoy teaching and sharing their experience
Who We’re Looking For
Current undergraduate (returning to school after the summer)
Interest in real estate, finance, economics, or investments
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and comfort working in Excel
Curious, motivated, and open to taking on a variety of assignments
