Lead Residential HVAC Installer
We're growing rapidly and looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are looking for a Lead "Residential HVAC Installer". Must have experience, be clean cut and well spoken, have a clean driving record, pass criminal background check. Must also own reliable transportation (work vehicle provided) and own HVAC related trade hand tools.
Responsibilities
Responsible for furnace and A/C installs
Change-outs and 'cut in' type installs
Ductless Minisplits
Advanced understanding of heating and air conditioning theory, as well as air distribution theory
Complete most types of residential install unsupervised
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of residential experience
Positive 'Can-Do' attitude and desire to learn and grow
Clean cut and well spoken
Clean driving record
Pass criminal background check
Own reliable transportation (work vehicle provided)
Own HVAC related trade hand tools
Offer Work vehicle provided.
