Call Center Representative (Hybrid)

What You'll Be Doing

Communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone, chat, and email using an internet-based ticketing system.

Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, handling returns and warranty issues, and any other e-commerce style customer service needs.

Follow up and complete customer inquiries, while multitasking between multiple computer programs and operations.

Maintain and troubleshoot website technology competently to ensure customers have the best experience ever.

Communicate with other departments quickly and accurately via Google Workspace systems (Gmail, Gchat, Docs, Sheets, Forms) to relay information back to the customer.

Identify, investigate, and report emerging and trending issues affecting our customers.

Resolve customer-related issues as they arise, on a personalized basis to provide the utmost customer experience.

What We'll Need From You

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Minimum of two years' experience working in a Customer Service, Operations or Data-entry position.

Basic computer skills and experience including typing, data entry, and use of internet-based software systems.

Basic knowledge of Google Workspace Systems (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).

Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension.

Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range $17.50 - $18.50/hr

When and Where You'll Be Working

BW Retail Solutions – Chesterfield, MI

Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (in-office)

Operating Hours: Sunday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Scheduling: Shifts may vary and can include mornings, evenings, and weekends

Weekend Requirement: Weekend availability required; rotating weekends off provided

Hybrid Schedule: Eligible after successful completion of training (typically 3 days remote / 2 days in-office, up to 5 days in-office as needed)

Remote Work Requirements: Must have a secure, distraction-free home office and reliable high-speed internet
