
Customer Service Representative

Transdev in Woodland, CA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking a customer service‑oriented person who is dedicated to safety.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Computer literate.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to operate standard telephone system and work flexible schedules as needed.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Physical Requirements
100% of the job is conducted indoors in air‑conditioned or well‑ventilated facilities.
Sit, type, and look at a computer screen for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day).
Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance.
Occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
Drug‑Free Workplace
Eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
