Job Description
Customer Service Representative This role is responsible for providing sales and customer support to both customers and internal sales representatives. Responsibilities include expediting orders, quoting, order entry, restocking, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The position focuses on custom orders and client‑specific questions, which often require collaboration with other internal teams such as engineering and warehouse operations.
Candidates will begin in an Order Processing Representative role, which is more data‑entry focused while learning the systems and product lines. Daily work will include using Outlook, Excel, and SAP.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Support sales representatives and customers with order‑related inquiries
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client‑specific questions
Assist with expediting, quoting, and restocking activities
Troubleshoot order or system issues as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation

Required Qualifications (Must Have)
At least 1 year of customer service or order entry experience
Ability to think analytically and learn technical product information
Positive attitude
Typing speed of 45 WPM
Strong computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)
4‑year college degree
Experience working with SAP
2–4 years of experience in technical customer service
Familiarity with a manufacturing or technical product environment
Interest in technical or hands‑on activities outside of work (e.g., automotive, farming, mechanical hobbies)
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Waunakee, WI.

Pay range: $23.21 - $23.21/hr
