Luxury Visual Merchandiser - Craft In-Store Displays

The objective of the visual merchandiser is to deliver an excellent customer experience by creating an impactful, clear visual environment in their home base store and assigned locations. This position reports to the Visual Merchandising Director. Location: Newport Beach, CA Key Areas of Responsibilities Implement all visual merchandising activities, including creating displays, mannequin styling, and garment presentation, to maximize sales Communicate frequently with supervisor on store opportunities and action plans Action daily styling and re-merchandising based on manager feedback and business needs Support in the placement of new product deliveries Produce high-quality work in a consistent, timely, safe, and organized manner without disruption to the selling process Communicate and uphold visual standards within stores maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Submit weekly and monthly recaps to the supervisor on any project or task assigned Organize and keep inventory of all visual fixtures Support in the training of new Visual Merchandisers and Store Teams Performs other duties or assignments as requested or required to support the overall presentation of the elysewalker brand Execute and support visual merchandising for events Collaborates with store management on business needs. Ability to understand selling reports in partnership with visual moves Provide unparalleled customer experience to clients Travel domestically bi-weekly and work outside of normal business hours, including weekends.
