About the Position
Join a third party Financial Services company as a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative in a work-from-home setting.
Responsibilities
Calling auto leases and loans customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance (e.g., cancelled, missing payment, missing document).
Acting on behalf of insurance providers such as Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions to gather more information and resolve problems.
All informative calls, not sales or collections .
Make 14 calls per hour, remaining 100% on the phone all day.
Verify insurance details with agents, for example if a deduction is too high.
Upload information to the company’s internal website.
Leave scripted messages when insurance agents do not answer the phone, based on client‑approved messages.
Position Details
Start date: 4/20
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Training: first 3 weeks, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm CST (classroom training, shadowing, and handling calls).
Schedule: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm CST, Monday‑Friday
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 3‑month contract‑to‑hire
Qualifications
High School Diploma
1+ year of customer service experience
Bilingual in Spanish & English
Typing speed of 30 WPM
Comfortable staying on the phone all day long
