
Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist

Customer service and data entry with communicate with customers by answering product and service related questions via phone and email. They will need to maintain customer records by updating account information, and resolve product related service issues to customer complaints.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
Computer efficient
Intermediate excel skills
Run Simple reports
Navigate simple reports
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Experience with Outlook
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Experience with SAGE 100 even better.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Learning how to navigate reports, portals, and our ERP to provide customers with accurate information about products, ETAs, and tracking shipments. Also learn to be on the phone with customers.

Pay and Benefits: $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
