Marketing Coordinator Graphic Design & Visual Communications

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Summary of Position: The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the company’s marketing and business development efforts through the creation and management of visual assets, project collateral, brand materials, and digital communications. This position requires strong organizational, creative, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities Branding, Graphics & Templates

Maintain brand consistency across all materials.

Be a brand steward for the company, working across departments to implement consistent branding on all internal and external materials.

Design high-quality graphics for print and digital materials such as infographics, icons, custom graphics, branded items, etc.

Create and manage internal templates such as PowerPoint, Word, signage, email footers, and other branded resources.

Business Development

Provide support for proposals and interviews, such as creating templates (project sheets, resumes, covers, etc.), logistics plans, schedules, graphics, new resumes, and maintaining cc libraries.

Develop and produce sales enablement collateral such as corporate profiles, pitch decks, booklets, etc.

Project Support

Develop and produce project-specific collateral, including but not limited to signage, flyers, banners, and milestone celebration materials (e.g., groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, etc.).

Advertisements

Develop and produce advertisements to support all marketing and sponsorship efforts

Social Media & Website

Manage and execute Blach’s social media plan (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram)

Maintain and implement updates to Blach.com and Folia.com (update photography and projects, post press releases, etc.)

Internal Initiatives

Create presentations and department communications (i.e. All-Staff Presentation support, HR brochures, Beyond Bootcamp, Safety Week, Safety Signage and Stickers, DEI, etc.)

Manage and update monitor displays throughout the office

Create and post intranet updates as well as maintain the BDM department page

Conferences

Support conference leads coordinating booths, collateral, social media, event sponsorship, etc.

Administrative

Collaborate with the BDM team in managing tasks in Monday.com

Location: Northern California (Bay Area)

Position Status: Full-time, regular business hours, exempt
