Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage multi-platform social media strategies for several brands simultaneously (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest).
Plan, create, and schedule content calendars that align with brand voice, goals, and trends.
Write engaging captions and oversee visual asset needs, working with designers or using templates.
Monitor social performance and community engagement, responding to comments/messages in brand-appropriate tone.
Use analytics tools to track performance, identify insights, and optimize strategies for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate with account managers, designers, and ad specialists to align social efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and platform updates to keep client brands relevant and competitive.
Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns (especially Facebook/Instagram Ads); experience with other ad platforms is a plus.
Requirements
2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for multiple brands or clients (agency experience preferred).
Strong copywriting and content planning skills.
Solid understanding of social media KPIs, analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.), and how to act on insights.
Experience running paid social media campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple timelines and brands with attention to detail.
Proficiency in scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, or similar.
Bonus: Experience with influencer outreach, UGC strategies, or basic graphic/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
