Are you a creative and organised individual with a passion for marketing, digital content and social media? Blue Ribbon is looking for a Marketing & Digital Administrator to support our growing organisation and help strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking and rapidly expanding organisation, where you will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, managing digital content and helping showcase the impactful work we do across our services.
Reporting to the Business Support Officer, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of creative marketing, digital communications and administrative coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating and scheduling engaging social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
Supporting the development of digital marketing campaigns to promote our services, recruitment and organisational updates.
Assisting with website updates and digital content management.
Designing or coordinating basic marketing materials, including graphics, posts and internal communications.
Monitoring social media engagement and digital performance, helping track campaign success.
Supporting recruitment marketing, including job adverts, campaigns and employer branding.
Managing incoming enquiries via digital channels and company communications.
Maintaining marketing databases and assisting with data entry and reporting.Supporting wider business administration tasks when required to ensure smooth office operations.
Assisting with internal communications and company announcements.
What We’re Looking For
Passion for marketing, social media and digital communication.
Strong written communication and content creation skills.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Experience using Microsoft Office, social media scheduling tools, or design platforms such as Canva (desirable).
A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
At least 1 year experience in administration, marketing support, or digital communications.
A valid UK Driving Licence.
