We're Looking For The Lead, Beauty Brand Incubation will build and scale Nitra’s new K-Beauty private label vertical. This role will own the end‑to‑end development, launch and portfolio management of co‑branded cosmetic products distributed through dermatology and aesthetics providers in our network.

This individual will operate as the operator of a new business vertical – responsible for supporting provider partnership development, brand strategy, product launch execution, cross‑border coordination with the biggest Korean ODMs, risk management, and scaled portfolio strategy. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring both strategic ownership and tactical execution.

Your Responsibilities Will Include Build and Define the Vertical

Define the end‑to‑end operating model for launching private‑label cosmetic products through dermatology and aesthetic providers

Support designing the margin structure across Nitra, providers, and manufacturers with senior leadership: Head of Commerce and Head of GTM

Establish guardrails for inventory exposure, capital allocation, and provider concentration risk with the relevant stakeholders in marketplace and finance

Partner with Providers to Launch Co-Brands

Act as a brand and commercial advisor to providers partnered to launch cosmetic and beauty products under their own name

Translate clinical credibility into compelling consumer‑facing brand narratives while supporting packaging direction, naming, and product architecture

Develop launch playbooks and onboarding documentation

Drive Launch Execution End‑To‑End

Own each provider launch from concept to post‑launch analysis and assessment

Develop structured launch plans and timelines

Coordinate launching KPIs and performance dashboards with dedicated GTM operations team

Manage Portfolio and Build Scalable Infrastructure for Growth

Evaluate provider‑level profitability and identify underperforming SKUs and recommend rationalization

Develop tiered frameworks for scaling high‑performing providers while offering outward, client‑facing analysis to track performance

Standardize launch kits and brand frameworks while developing templated packaging and product bundles

Evaluate future opportunities for expanded distribution models

You Have

4–8 years in beauty, skincare, or CPG, with experience launching products from concept to commercialization; professional or clinic‑channel exposure preferred.

Hands‑on experience with ODM/OEM partners, including formulation briefs, packaging development, MOQ planning, and production timelines (cross‑border experience a plus).

Strong commercial and financial acumen, comfortable building launch‑level P&Ls, structuring margins across stakeholders, and managing inventory and capital exposure.

Experience working directly with providers, clinics, or customers to inform product strategy and GTM execution.

Proven zero‑to‑one operator, highly organized, action‑oriented, and capable of independently driving complex initiatives.

Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.
